To apply for membership please complete the adjacent form.  VFHUB Membership qualifications may be found below.  Please be sure to complete the information as fully as possible to facilitate our review.  We may contact you during the review process to clarify or confirm certain information.

Qualifications

We want VFHUB to remain a high-quality community of experienced business professionals who actively contribute their experience about Venture Finance subjects for the benefit of the group.  For that reason we restrict membership to individuals that meet certain qualifications and invite you to apply if you:

• Have at least 10 years of business experience.
• Are a Business Owner or a Senior Executive of a Small, Medium Sized or Emerging Growth business. Note:  Individuals who are between jobs but otherwise meet our qualifications are encouraged to apply - we value your experience!  
• Are NOT employed by or affiliated with a Financial Service Provider (bank, venture capital firm, investment bank, bank, finance company, insurance company or broker or similar firm), a professional service firm or a VFHUB competitor.
• Have a sincere desire to proactively and positively contribute your experience for the benefit of our Membership.

Once your application is complete and submitted you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging receipt.  Your application is important and we will respond as quickly as possible.

• Support of the VFHUB Expert staff through Blog postings, database development, Forum postings and transactional comments.

Membership Costs

The Annual VFHUB membership fee for Charter Members is waived for the initial year and will be discounted from standard membership rates thereafter as long as membership is uninterrupted.

Charter Members will be contacted prior to their first year anniversary with details on membership renewal. The Annual standard Membership Fee has not been established yet.
